How the Advisor Apprenticeship Program Works
Our financial advisor apprenticeship program is designed to guide you through each stage of your career:
At Hire
Begin your journey by preparing for and scheduling your CFP® exam as soon as possible.
Year 1:
Paraplanner Training
Develop foundational skills by working alongside experienced advisors and supporting financial planning processes.
Years 2–3:
Advisor Development
After earning your CFP®, transition into an Advisor/Paraplanner role and begin participating in client meetings and strategy development.
Year 4:
Transition to Full Advisor
Move into a full financial advisor role with increasing responsibility and client interaction.
Years 5–8:
Growth & Income Expansion
Benefit from a collaborative, ensemble practice model that allows you to grow your knowledge, client base, and income.
Years 8+:
Ownership Opportunity
Based on production history, you become eligible to purchase an equity stake in the firm, creating long-term financial opportunity.
Retirement Transition
Advisors can sell their equity stake back to the firm at an agreed-upon value, providing a clear exit strategy.
