Financial Advisor Job Opening

Build the Next Chapter of Your Advisory Career

Experience Matters

Put your experience to work serving clients with a growing, independent wealth management firm.

You’ve developed the expertise. You know how to earn trust. And you understand that exceptional financial advice begins by putting the client first.

Now, you may be ready for an opportunity where you can focus those strengths on meaningful client relationships, sophisticated financial planning, and continued professional growth.

You’ve already proven that you can advise clients.

We’re looking for someone ready to help build relationships. Our firm is seeking an experienced Fiduciary Wealth Advisor to join our Fort Worth team.

Build the Next Chapter of Your Advisory Career

This role is designed for an accomplished, client-facing financial advisor with a demonstrated ability to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You’ll work with company-provided leads and self-generated referrals, guide prospective clients through our established process, develop customized financial strategies, and help new clients transition confidently into the firm.

You bring the expertise and relationships. We provide the support you need to succeed.

If you’re a strong communicator, natural educator, confident presenter, and believe financial advice should always put the client first, we want to meet you.

More Than Financial Planning. Build Relationships That Last.

This is a producing advisor role with a strong focus on client conversion, onboarding, and financial planning.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with prospective and new clients while being supported by a broader wealth management team.

Role Overview: What You’ll Accomplish

  • Convert company-provided leads and self-generated referrals into new client relationships using our established sales process.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and oversee asset transfers before transitioning relationships to the servicing team.
  • Lead the financial planning process using eMoney Advisor and other planning tools.
  • Guide paraplanners in plan preparation, portfolio design, and customized recommendations.
  • Present financial planning and investment recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct research related to client cases and participate in trading coordination and task review.
  • Maintain thorough compliance documentation and client records.
  • Contribute your expertise to marketing initiatives and other firm-wide projects.

Your role is to help clients understand their financial picture, evaluate their options, and confidently move from conversation to action.

Who are we looking for? The right advisor for this role combines technical financial knowledge with the ability to connect with people.

You know how to listen before recommending. You can make complex financial concepts understandable. And you understand that earning a client’s trust is a responsibility, not simply a sales objective.

You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have:

  • At least five years of financial planning experience in a client-facing role
  • A verifiable history of successfully converting and onboarding new clients
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • A current Life and Health Insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, insurance, economic principles, accounting concepts, and financial planning regulations
  • A professional, consultative approach to business development
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities
  • Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills
  • The ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, understandable guidance
  • A demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility
  • CFP® certification is preferred.

Experience with Redtail CRM, Morningstar, eMoney, and VeoOne is also preferred, but not required.
