Join Strittmatter Wealth Management Group for a meaningful morning of service as we give back to our local community at the Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB).
About the Organization
Tarrant Area Food Bank serves individuals and families across Tarrant County who are facing food insecurity. Those served include hardworking families, seniors living on fixed incomes, victims of domestic violence and disasters, individuals living with chronic illness or disability, and those experiencing temporary or long-term unemployment. More than one-third of those supported by TAFB and its partner network are children.
How We’ll Serve
Our group will volunteer in Quality Control (QC) at TAFB’s distribution center. In this critical role, donated food products are sorted, inspected, and repacked for distribution to partner agencies across a 13-county area.
Volunteers in Quality Control help ensure that families in need receive safe, nutritious, high-quality food. This hands-on opportunity allows us to make a direct and immediate impact in our community.
