She comes to us with over seven years of helping buyers and sellers with real estate needs all over North Texas. Shannon was born in Detroit and has lived in France, Germany, Prague, and Spain. She has a BA degree in Business with a minor in Education from Northern Arizona University. She is a motivated and energetic employee: she became a realtor in 2017 and in her first year sold over $2 million in volume (top 20% of her office). She became a member of the Agent Leadership Council, where she helped in teaching classes for agents, mentoring new agents, proofreading/approving contracts, and planning office events.
Shannon is dedicated to giving back to the communities where she works and lives. She has served as a military Key Volunteer, making meals for other wives who husbands were deployed. She has also led her office Red Day (an international day of giving back to the community) where she organized over a hundred agents who packed over 400 boxes in one day for troops overseas. The following year, she helped organize a blood drive at her office, while they collected food donations for local needy families. When her children were younger, she volunteered for homeshool and church.
Shannon has two sons and a set of twins: a boy and a girl. You can find Shannon spending her free time with family and enjoying a variety of hobbies such as cooking Italian/Mediterranean food, reading WWII fiction, gardening, and crafting.
Logic, loyalty, family, and integrity are what Shannon considers her top personal values, and she strives to fulfill each one every day.
