Those served include hardworking families, seniors living on fixed incomes, victims of domestic violence and disasters, individuals living with chronic illness or disability, and those experiencing temporary or long-term unemployment. More than one-third of those supported by TAFB and its partner network are children.\nHow We’ll Serve\nOur group will volunteer in Quality Control (QC) at TAFB’s distribution center. In this critical role, donated food products are sorted, inspected, and repacked for distribution to partner agencies across a 13-county area.\nVolunteers in Quality Control help ensure that families in need receive safe, nutritious, high-quality food.
